Sapphire -  symbolism of the stone

 

Sapphire is a stone of fidelity, a symbol of chastity and modesty, which brings divine grace, happiness and peace. From Greek "Sapphire" means "blue stone". In astrology, sapphire is associated with the month of September as a symbol of clarity and thought, and the sign of Taurus, a symbol of divine grace, happiness and peace.
